They focus on the creative vision, product roadmap, user experience, and value proposition of the title, while pulling together all teams both internal and external, across multiple functionalities such as development and marketing, to deliver a completed product. Producers are leaders, visionaries, creators, and are a critical piece to any successful game release.
This successful, award winning studio are now looking for a Senior Producer to join one of the teams on the on a well-known franchise. As the Senior Producer, you will be the primary owner of the project and you will report to the franchise Executive Producer. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for console and PC gaming in general as well as genre specific knowledge. You should also have a track record of shipping several AAA titles in a product owner/producer role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Owns the vision for the whole game, prioritizing Players First
Owns priorities of the project
Source of truth on project quality from player first perspective
Drives decision making through collaboration
An expert in understanding the player needs, business goals and drivers
Drives execution of vision
Lives the values of the team
Champions a healthy collaborative culture
Proven, professional experience as a Producer or equivalent role on a game
Must have shipped AAA titles on PC and Console
Excellent understanding of the current market and competition
Experience in representing the game team and product to media
Experience in presenting to the executive layer of a large game development organization
Ability to work collaboratively with team members from different locations and different disciplines
Excellent documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven ability to seek or demonstrate clear decision making
Relevant education and diploma (Game Design, Computer Science, Project Management etc)
