Will Freeman graduated from Goldsmith's University in 2001 with a 2:1 in Sociology and Communications.
Freeman's first job in the games industry was as a reviewer for local Sussex newspaper The Brighton Argus. This was followed by a stint as a PR rep for Sega where he worked with titles such as Yakuza, Phantasy Star Universe Online, Rome: Total War, Football Manager and Sonic Rush.
He then spent two years as a freelancer working for a number of publications including The Observer, for whom he still reviews games for today, Viz, Eurogamer, IGN, The Daily Sport and Videogamer.com.
Prior to joining Intent Media, Freeman worked as Features Writer for Skep Media's monthly video games trade magazine In Stock.
Freeman is a Contributing Editor to Develop, and is an integral part of the team, previously being Editor and before that Deputy Editor on the title.
