First Major Content Update Available for The Beasties: Hello World

CHICAGO, Ill., Dec. 21, 2012– The Beasties: Hello World received its first content update, just in time for jolly old Santa Claus to distribute holiday themed stickers, wallpapers and rugs to Beastie caretakers on the“nice” or“naughty” list.

Over 30 items in total were added to already enormous list of decorations for Beastie habitats. These additional customization options for the festive winter months will delight even the most grinchy scrooge.

“Ho, ho, ho! The penguin rug makes me laugh with glee,” said Santa Claus, legendary holiday figure.“The snowflake wallpaper makes me especially happy as well.”

The Beasties: Hello World is the first truly modern virtual pet on the App Store.The game incorporates the decoration elements with low-maintenance caretaking and the ability for the Beasties to learn tricks and speech through player interaction.

This update also includes additional performance enhancements and general bug fixes. The Beasties: Hello World is available now, worldwide, on the Apple App Store for free.
