MINICLIP AND UNIVISION LAUNCH "JUEGOS BY MINICLIP" - A JOINT ONLINE GAMING PROPERTY

Neuchatel , Switzerland - December 13, 2012 - Miniclip.com, the world's number one online games site, and Univision Communications Inc., the leading media company serving Hispanic America, have partnered to launch a co-branded online gaming property designed for the U.S. Hispanic audience. Launching in December, Univision Juegos by Miniclip will transport Miniclip's extensive library of more than 800 games to Univision.com's dedicated online user base.

The importance of this market has prompted Miniclip to enter into its first partnership of this nature and to adapt its content specifically for this growing audience. In 2011, the U.S. Census Bureau reported that there were approximately 52 million Hispanics living in the United States (16.7% of the nation's total population).
