DMD Enterprise announces a new IOS (tablet and mobile phone) game that will be on sale this winter. Drop for Aid is an independent, aerial game of skill that involves Allied bombers in WWII.
Players:
- assume the role of a B24 Liberator air-crew;[/*]
- when crossing war-torn skies will have to deal with enemy fighters, ack-ack, and more;[/*]
- will fly missions to bomb targets, and drop supplies to forces on the ground;[/*]
- will encounter fighter planes (authentic WWII fighters such as the Messerschmitt Bf 109, Focke-Wulf Fw 190, and others), ack-ack, barrage balloons, and many other obstacles.[/*]
The game is made up of two parts; a standard flight that has a camera top view; when the Liberator is on target the camera view changes to a bomb sight and a player will be able to accurately drop a load, or bombs.
Drop for Aid debuts this winter on App Store.
