More details revealed for siege combat MMORTS Dawn of Fantasy's "Siegeworks" Expansion Pack

Toronto, Canada– 19/10/2012 Reverie World Studios has released more details about it's forthcoming free Siegeworks expansion pack for their siege combat based MMORTS Dawn of Fantasy.

The Siegeworks expansion is set to include 15 new NPC towns that players can trade with, attack, capture and defend. Details about these towns have been posted by Reverie on their website, with the races of Humans, Orcs and Elves each gaining several new towns.

Players will be able to take command of any of these new NPC towns either through the expanded diplomacy system or through conquest, including being able to fight other players for control of these towns through new territorial control and PvP mechanics.

While work on the expansion slowed down recently, with the Dawn of Fantasy Greenlight Campaign on Steam and release on Desura taking precedence, Reverie CEO Konstantine Fomenko commented that this“should not significantly delay the release of the Siegeworks expansion”, although no firm date for release has been set.
