Willem Dafoe starring in Beyond: Two Souls

Movie star Willem Dafoe is to star alongside Ellen Page in Quantic Dream’s Beyond: Two Souls.

The Spider-man and Platoon actor will play government scientist Nathan Dawkins, who plays a father figure for main character Jodie Holmes, played by Ellen Page.

Dafoe was rumoured to be appearing in the Sony exclusive as early as June last year, although the reports of his involvement in the title were shot down at the time.

As well as now starring in Beyond: Two Souls, Dafoe has previously provided his voice and likeness in game’s such as EA’s James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing, as well as appearing in Treyarch’s Spider-man.

The title has also been confirmed for an October 8th release date – which could make it a potential PS4 launch title, as well as likely releasing on the PS3.
