Crackdown 2 developer seeking artists for new project
Dundee indie studio Ruffian has sealed a “major contract with one of the biggest publishers in the industry”, according to new job vacancy posts.
The studio, which was founded by former Realtime Worlds developers in 2009, last year finished its debut project, Crackdown 2, in an exclusive deal with Microsoft.
Now the unit is working on a multiplatform project for current generation consoles, backed and funded by an unknown publisher.
Considering the late stages of the current console cycle, and the sixteen months since Crackdown 2 went gold, Ruffian’s next project could likely make its first public debut at E3 2012 in Los Angeles.
Ruffian is seeking an art director and environmental artists for the project – details can be found here
