Creative Artists Agency thought to be losing its star talent rep
Seamus Blackley, likely the game industry’s most famous talent agent, is said to be quitting his job to establish a new studio.
Blackley has represented the likes of Ken Levine, Insomniac Games and Respawn Entertainment during his eight-year spell at Hollywood firm Creative Artists Agency.
The experienced industry professional “plans to launch a production company to develop new games” according to a Variety news article.
He is also well known for pushing through Harmonix’s multimillion-dollar sale to Viacom, and in earlier years for his work on the original Xbox.
