PlayStation Phone ?features 1GHz CPU, 512MB RAM?

The most detailed look at the PlayStation Phone yet has been posted online.

Engadget reports that the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Adreno 205 GPU and a Snapdragon QSD8255 1GHz CPU, which is the same as is seen in the HTC Desire HD.

The four inch screen has a resolution of 854x480. There's also a 1,500mAh battery and 5MP autofocus camera, two microphones, 512MB of RAM, MicroSD slot and MicroUSB port. In raw tech terms it's way ahead of the PSP.
