New middleware tools suite arrives for Nintendo console
French technology company AtOnce has released its tools suite Neova CoreEngine for the Nintendo Wii.
The engine already supported the PS2, PSP and Direct X and for Wii offers a variety of functions including 2D and 3D display, sound, input/output, streaming, memory management, management of the Wiimote, and so on.
AtOnce says the technology's modular structure means it can be integrated with already-esatblished toolchains and aids cross-platform compilation.
