An international event bringing thousands of enthusiasts together to celebrate and create games.
The Global Game Jam is a unique opportunity for people to push their skills and challenge their way of working.
Participants work concurrently along with developers around the globe around a central theme to create a game in just 48 hours.
Many games developed in 2009's Global Game Jam have become fully realised games. The event is open source, hardware & software agnostic and all projects are protected under a creative commons license.
