Warstory- Europe in Flames: Special Easter event and many new updates

Version 2.2 brings UI improvements and new achievements. In other news, Easter event is on the way, and the Western Allies liberated Berlin for the first time in Warstory history

Munich, Germany– 21th April 2011Warstory– Europe in Flames is a free-to-play, massively multiplayer online strategy game set during World War II. With version 2.2 we have an all new battle results screen with detailed information and statistics of the battle fought. Players are also now able to connect their game account to their Facebook account to login with only one click.

For Easter we will hold a special event for all of our players. The more cities they liberate throughout the Easter weekend, the better the rewards they will get! If they liberate more than 20 cities, everybody on that server will get the“Medal of Honor” which grants powerful boosts and unlimited supplies for one officer! Our community has been very active over the last weeks too: On the server“Market Garden” Berlin has fallen at the beginning of April. The US and UK forces have achieved a historical victory, as they liberated Berlin for the first time in all seasons ever played! In “Warstory– Europe in Flames” you fight strategic real time battles all over Europe in a race to be the first to free Berlin with your faction. On the way to your goal you unlock new units, upgrade your forces and build up your officers to mighty leaders. These officers carry powerful special abilities like Blitzkrieg or Airstrike, which you’re using to defeat clever AI opponents. All is overseen by your Commander, who gains hard fought achievements within the wars (seasons) and whom you build up to a virtual legend. Choose between the Western Alliance (US and UK forces) and the Soviet Union , join the fight now and be the first to liberate Europe!
