The Munic-based browser games provider Travian Games starts new servers for its evergreen game
Press release - for immediate publication
Munich, January 24, 2012 - Last year, Travian Games announced its intention to keep providing its loyal fans with separate Travian 3 Classic servers. Following the regular implementation of Travian 4 servers around the world, and incredible part icipation numbers in the qualifications rounds of Travian Tournament 2012, the Munich-based company has kept its word and opened up dedicated Travian 3 Classic servers in 36 countries in the relevant languages.
By starting these new country-specific servers, Travian Games is allowing its players to compete once again as Gauls, Teutons, and Romans in version 3 of Travian, battling for raw materials and strategic advantage with up to 40,000 players on the same server.
According to Travian Games Head of Games Eckart Foos: "In addition to our latest very successful Travian 4 browser game, many loyal fans and long-standing Travian veterans have asked us for the chance to play again to the older game versions of our classic, 7-year-old browser game. We are now granting that wish and enable Travian nostalgics to start on a classic server."
