Press Release for immediate release

We are very proud to announce our first VR game, The Hunted, is now in ‘coming soon’ on the Steam store. Initially on Vive only, we hope to release this week subject to Steam approval.

The Hunted is our homage to the classic arcade gun games from the likes of Namco (Time Crisis) and Sega (House of the Dead).

A mashup of great popcorn films The Fugitive, Rambo and The X-Files, you play a Special Forces veteran suffering PTSD and wrongly accused of the murder of your wife and child, on the run and staying alive long enough to prove your innocence. But is it PTSD or something far more supernatural?

The Hunted is going out as Early Access to allow the VR community to help shape the game into the perfect arcade shooter. It’ll debut at 40% off.

About Sekai VR, we are a small UK indie team with a very long history in video games, between us we’ve worked on almost every platform since the 80’s and almost every game genre. We are now in the very fortunate position of being able to make the games we want to make on the platforms we want to make them on. We are very passionate about VR and its future, once you go VR you never go back.
