ESGNTV Introduces 14 New Episodes Starring One of the World’s Leading Beat ’em Up Games
Berlin (February 21, 2014) – ESGN TV and Capcom today announced the return of Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition to the eSports pro-gaming show “ Fight Night”. Season two of the Super Street Fighter IV series will start on Monday, January 24 at 9:30 p.m. CET / 12:30 p.m. PST / 3:30 p.m. EST and will be followed by season three with seven more episodes. Viewers can check out a glimpse of the action by watching the “ Fight Night” - Super Street Fighter IV Edition Trailer on the ESGN TV YouTube Channel.
The two new seasons follow eight pro fighters from all over the world on their journey for the chance to win $50,000. Seonwoo “Infiltration” Lee will do all he can to expand his success from the first season of “Fight Night” – Super Street Fighter IV Edition. The field of contestants includes popular players like Ho Kun “Xian” Xian, Ryan Hart and Alioune “Alioune” Camara. Joining the starting lineup for “Fight Night” for the first time are Kenneth “K Brad” Bradley, Chang Wan “Laugh” An, Henri “Chi-Rithy” Oung and Sanford Kelly, who will kick off the contest against “Infiltration” on Monday.
“Fight Night” – Super Street Fighter IV Edition is hosted by ESGN TV’s Anchorman Dan “Frodan” Chou, who will be joined by commentators Ryan “Gootecks” Gutierrez, Mike Ross and the always entertaining Nick “Tasteless” Plott during the course of the 14 new episodes. Viewers can look forward to in-depth commentary for each match and behind-the-scenes interviews with all the players.
Prior to the “Fight Night” episodes, viewers can join ESGN TV Anchorman Dan “Frodan” Chou on “ ESGN TV Daily News” at 12:00 p.m PST / 3 p.m. EST for a quick 30-minute breakdown of the latest in eSports and online gaming news.
