Seattle, WA – August 28, 2014 – Just a few weeks ago at gamescom, Sierra was revealed as Activision’s new indie game brand, with Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions (and King’s Quest) headlining the announcement as the first confirmed Sierra projects. Now, exclusively for fans attending PAX Prime this weekend, Sierra is letting showgoers have a first shot at playing Lucid Games’ new Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions for a chance to win a cool, custom-made Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions -themed figurine.
Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions is a fast-paced, multi-directional arcade game that captures the classic energetic flourish of the series, while evolving the experience with new features like 3D action, new gameplay modes, persistent customization choices, a dedicated single-player campaign, a revamped cooperative mode and online competitive multiplayer. Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions is planned to launch this holiday season and will be available on more platforms than ever before, including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Windows PC via Steam.
Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions will be available to play for all show attendees at Booth N3 (located on the 4 th Floor Lobby, outside of the Main Hall). Fans will be able to play the game between 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (PT), and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (PT) each day, and compete with other players to prove their mastery of three-dimensional battle in order to top the game’s daily public leaderboard. At the end of each day, the leaderboard winner will be selected to receive* a custom-made, Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions -themed figurine – shown on display at the booth.
