Radial and Dejobaan announce Monster Loves You!, a dark, Grimm's Fairy Tales take on the virtual pet for iOS and PC. Offers a sneak peek at PAX Prime.

FOR RELEASE WHENEVER YOU LIKE

You're a young monster, orphaned by humans who now wear your parents as luxurious pelts. You live in the village of Omen, and your favorite snack is human toes. Next month, monsterkind is preparing to devour all the human children born since last solstice. Visit dejobaan.com/monster and stop by the Radial and Dejobaan booth at PAX Prime for the whole story on this part virtual pet, part adventure for iOS and PC.

As a Monsterling, your choices are simple ones. Do you have that blueberry pie, knowing it will spoil your dinner and turn your coat blue? Do you play with one bowling ball and become better at sports, or juggle a dozen thereby growing lots of arms? What happens when you win that staring contest with the Thousand Eyed Demon? As a youth, your choices determine your appearance.

But all youngins must grow up. Monsters and humans have been at odds for centuries, and there are human villages on the other side of the enchanted woods. When human children get lost in those dark and winding thickets, do you terrorize them for fun? Do you help return them to Human civilization to prove that not all monsters are to be feared and hated? Or do you fatten them up for succulent human foie gras?

Your decisions may bring peace between Monster and Man -- or aggravate an ages-old conflict into something new and terrible.

ABOUT THE DEVELOPERS: Monster Loves You is what happens when you put Radial’s Andy Moore and Dejobaan’s Ichiro Lambe at a table with artisan whiskey, simple syrup, chillies, and and iPad. Planned for mobile and desktop for Q4 2012. Screenshots and more at dejobaan.com/monster.
