Press release for Twin Moon Galaxy

June 8, 2017 - Montreal, QC

Timbro Studios has announced its first game, “Twin Moon Galaxy” - A sci-fi turn based RPG in development for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

Journey through laboratories, starships, outer space mining stations and ancient alien ruins as you follow the story of Maia, a young woman who awakens with strange abilities. Discover the origins of her powers and the mysteries of space as you experience the world of Twin Moon Galaxy.

Gameplay: You control one character as you navigate through maps. You can interact with other characters and objects. Enemies are visible on the map and when you encounter them you are taken to a battle map. In battles, you control between 1 and 3 characters. You select an ability and a target. Player characters and enemies perform one ability at a time in a turn by turn basis.

Graphics: Pre-rendered 3D graphics give Twin Moon Galaxy a 3D look, but with a 2D feel. Some events in the game are portrayed as full 3D rendered animations whereas others are portrayed in-game.

Availability: Twin Moon Galaxy is planned for release sometime in 2018. More details about a target release date will be shared later this year (2017). The game is planned to be released simultaneously for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.

Timbro Studios is a new independent video game developer. It was founded in 2017 and Twin Moon Galaxy will be its first published title.
