Pockie Defense Early Game Improved by Player Feedback

NGames updates the fairytale-inspired tower defense game just in time for a new server launch

NGames, a leading online games publisher, has today rolled out 5 key gameplay optimisations for fairytale-inspired tactical tower defense game, Pockie Defense. Inspired by player feedback, the optimisations ensure smoother progress through the games early sequences.

Pockie Defense is a new tactical tower defense game starring well-known fairytale characters, currently in open beta on the Game321.com online games portal. Players are challenged with developing and defending grand castles in a bid to stop the Wicked Witch from taking over Fairytale world. To keep her from turning every kind-hearted citizen into a hideous monster, players will need to band together with a variety of famous fairytale characters, from Peter Pan to Red Riding Hood, and put their special skills to work.

After providing feedback on Pockie Defense's opening segments and learning curve. publisher NGames has responded to beta players by rolling out 5 key improvements to the early game.

Stronger Starting Partners

In the land of fairytales, an adventurer is only as good as his or her entourage. Players meet famous faces as soon as they step into their Pockie Defense adventure, with Little Red Riding making an early appearance to offer a helping hand.

Not content with simply skipping through the forest and having her grandma eaten by the Big Bad Wolf, Little Red Riding now enters the fray with C rank powers, packing a stunning Blaze Land skill and wicked burning effects to strike enemies more effectively.

One-click Functionality

With a myriad of options and skills at a players disposal, Pockie Defense's tower battles can be intense tactical affairs. To help, NGames has optimised the battle interface, making tower placement and dispatching battle partners a one-click process.

Less time clicking, more time beating the Wicked Witch's minions.

Free 7-day Gift Pack

Players can now grab a special 7-day Pack upon entering the game, containing a rare partner, advanced equipment, artefacts, and free beer for recruiting more fairytale battle partners at the in-game bar.

Extra Energy

Players eager to progress through the early stages without pause now benefit from increased energy supplies. Another free Gift Pack handed out at the start of the game, the Energy Pack contains massive amounts of energy to make the journey through Fairy Tale World more captivating than ever before.

New Quest Interface

Last but by no means least, Pockie Defense now boasts a massively overhauled quest interface, providing players with straightforward guides and detailed quest descriptions as they explore the fairy tale world.

The latest server, S3-Snow White, is launching for Pockie Defense today, Jan 16th. Interested gamers can visit the official website on the Game321 portal and play the open beta for free now: http://go.game321.com/pr_pd.htm
