David Braben, founder and chairman of Frontier Developments - the award-winning studio behind the recently unveiled Kinect Disneyland Adventures - will present the Design Track keynote at the Develop Conference, which takes place 19-21 July in Brighton. His presentation will be at 1.30 pm on Wednesday 20 July.
Braben’s keynote - Making Disneyland - will cover Frontier’s development of the newly announced Kinect Disneyland Adventures. He will discuss the design, practical and technical challenges involved creating a large, open-world Kinect game that spans a faithful re-creation of the American icon that is the Disneyland park and a number of fantasy worlds based on some of the world’s most beloved stories and characters.
“You don’t get a better opportunity than this to work with a wide range of rich characters and stories that are genuinely loved by huge numbers of people the world over. It has been a great experience which I’m looking forward to discussing in Brighton in July,” he said.
