Hansoft awarded Export Hermes 2011

Stockholm, Sweden– August 25, 2011– Hansoft, the leading vendor of tools for project management and defect tracking for Agile and Lean software development, is awarded prestigious Export Hermes 2011 at the World Trade day in Stockholm today.

Export Hermes is an annual prize awarded by the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and the International Chamber of Commerce, ICC, to two companies with a stable and growing export to many countries based on a well thought-out marketing strategy and with good profitability.

The jury’s reasoning behind its selection of Hansoft reads:“Hansoft has with qualified competence and outstanding understanding for their customers’ special technical demands become a leader in their niche in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.”

“We are really proud to get such a prestigious award and it’s especially fun that Export Hermes has acknowledged our marketing strategy. Hansoft is a small company with a leading product, but we fight with big competitors with enormous marketing budgets and sales forces. Export Hermes is not only an honor to receive and hopefully it will make even more people discover our products here in Sweden,” said Patric Palm, Hansoft CEO.

This year’s prize is given out by Sweden’s Minister of Trade Ewa Bj?rling at the World Trade Day, an annual event organized by Stockholm’s Chamber of Commerce and the International Chamber of Commerce, ICC.
