Foodie the Bug Celebrates Christmas with its First Update

The new version of this flying game includes a brand new Christmas level as well as an additional Japanese game setting with local landmarks, delicious cuisines, and unexpected obstacles waiting for players to explore.

The new version of this flying game is now on sale for a limited time at a price of $0.99 on the App Store. The game includes a brand new Christmas level and an additional Japanese game setting with local landmarks, delicious cuisines, and unexpected obstacles waiting for players to explore.

Upon its release, Foodie the Bug has received various positive feedbacks such as "great fun," "addictive" and "visually pleasing." This tilt-based flying game tells the story of Foodie, an extraordinary cockroach who desires to embark on a journey to discover tasty ethnic cuisines to fulfill his picky appetite. By assuming the role of Foodie, players can fly to the exotic destinations in a given amount of time and collect different food ingredients along the way.

In Foodie the Bug 1.1, the Christmas special level comes with snowy backgrounds filled with all kinds of Christmas ornaments. To get in the Christmas spirit, Foodie will dress up in Santa outfit and eat various Christmas candies while flying. There will also be surprising enemies showing up in this brand new Christmas level.

What players could expect from the update is the additional Japanese game setting alongside the existing Mexico, Egypt, and Italy stages. This new setting includes distinctive Japanese elements such as sakura (cherry blossom) and the Japanese temples. Moreover, delicious Japanese cuisines, exclusive achievements, and new challenges such as a life-threatening ninja could also be found in the updated Foodie the Bug.
