Flood Rush Swings In To Help Flood Victims In England

Available now on iOS and Android, coming soon to Windows Phone

April 17th, 2014 - United Kingdom - Flood Rush, a vertical platformer aimed to help flood victims in England, by Black Feather Games, is now available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.

In Flood Rush, players swing their monkey from tree to tree trying to avoid the rising flood. In addition to the flood, players will also have to avoid clouds, which will either rain and raise the flood, send wind to make the monkey fall over, or use lightning to briefly stun you.

Black Feather Games’ goal with Flood Rush is to raise money to help flood victims in England. The team has pledged to donate all of the proceeds from the game to the various flood charities under the UK Community Foundations.

“In addition to creating a challenging and addicting game, we’re excited to be helping out our local communities who have suffered from the floods in England” said, Martin Garnett. “Because of that, every penny we earn from Flood Rush will be donated to back into the community.”

Flood Rush is currently available on the Google Play store and iTunes App Store, with a Windows Phone version releasing in the coming weeks.
