Flip the Core gets release date

At the core, it’s about flipping...

Doetinchem, June 21 st 2012 - Engine Software, veteran game development studio and digital publisher, today announces its game“Flip the Core” for Nintendo Dsi™ has received a release date from Nintendo of America and will be available for download June 28 th.

Flip the Core is an artistic and unique take on the classic Shoot 'em Up genre and combines fast shooting action with strategic thinking. In this side-scrolling action game, you can literally flip your screen at will, changing walls into tunnels, a death trap into a passage way, move an enemy from one spot to the next etc....Unless you truly believe in dead ends...there are none.

Ruud van de Moosdijk, VP of development at Engine Software states: “Engine Software is very proud to release Flip the Core– a game that was conceived internally and developed by the team with great love for the product. The trailer we released a while ago was received very well, and we hope the game itself will receive the same warm welcome.”

But, what about the price? Good question! We are glad to announce Flip the Core will be available through the Nintendo DSi Shop for 200 DSi Points™, or Nintendo’s eShop for US $ 1.99! In the meantime, players in the European territory will have to be patient for a little while longer, as a release date for this region has not been set as of yet.
