FaZe Clan Takes Home The $250,000 Grand Prize At The Esports Championship Series Season 4 Final

FaZe Clan came out victorious at the ECS Season 4 Finals in Cancun after beating Mousesports to the top spot in an exhilarating grand final

p>Cancun, Mexico, December 18th, 2017 - The Esports Championship Series (ECS) has crowned FaZe Clan as the champions of Season 4 of the popular Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) competition. After three days of exciting matches between the world’s best CS:GO teams, FaZe Clan proved too much for the competition and took home the grand prize of $250,000 USD and the title of ECS Season 4 champions.

Held at The Hard Rock Hotel in Cancun, the finals saw FaZe Clan dominate Fnatic in just two rounds in the semi-finals before going head-to-head against Mousesports with FaZe securing the win in overtime in the third round. Season Four was held privately for the first time in the stunning resort in Mexico to give players a relaxing and competitively balanced experience.

The Season 4 finals also saw FACEIT partner with YouTube to introduce Loot Drops filled with FACEIT points to reward viewers for watching the livestreams on YouTube Gaming. The finals saw over 15 million redeemable FACEIT points awarded to viewers in Loot Drops with a staggering value equalling three Fiat 500s, ten Alienware Aurora PCs, over 375 Esports Team Jerseys or 3,750 Tek9 CS:GO in-game skins from the FACEIT Shop.
