Since June 2008 the independent game developer from Munich is an official developer for Microsoft Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and DS.
Munich, 24.06.2008– Off to new shores: One month after the successful release of“Windchaser” for PC, the Munich game development studio Chimera Entertainment looks ahead to the future with great expectations. Thanks to the timely completed authorization processes at Microsoft and Nintendo, Chimera Entertainment is an official developer for Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii and DS since mid-June 2008. At the same time, the work on concrete projects and game prototypes for the different platforms are progressing too with the use of new middleware technologies.
Christian Kluckner, Technical Director at Chimera Entertainment, is looking forward to design challenges linked with console development:“We are very excited to see how our new concepts are translated to the different platforms.” Managing Director Hendrik Lesser thinks even one step further:“I am confident that the entry on the Console-Sector will formidably advance Chimera Entertainment internationally.
