Blue Drop Games announces “B.C.E.”, an ancient game of Red vs Blue

Comedic Caveman Couch Co-op Checks in...

BOSTON - July 25, 2017 - Recent archaeological digs reveal that the storied struggle of “Red” versus “Blue” dates back further than historians had previously theorized! Blue Drop Games, LLC’s debut title, “ B.C.E”, depicts that tussle, imagining a Stone Age run by an egotistical Fire God with a short attention span, and the dim-witted cavemen who vie for its favor.

Crude tools make for devastating weapons. Whether you prefer to stun, sock, smash, shield, shove, or skewer, you can fluidly change weapons on the fly to outplay your opponent. Familiar twin-stick controls invite newbies, while fast-paced, frenetic combat encourages competitors.

“Our focus pure, unadulterated entertainment,” says Arjun Rao, co-founder of Blue Drop Games and B.C.E.’s game director. “We built B.C.E. for anyone to enjoy in thrilling yet hilarious bite-sized matches.”

Dual your rival in 1 v 1 or buddy up and conquer the enemy team in 2 v 2. B.C.E.’s “Burnout” game mode emphasizes teamwork and strategy in quick, action-packed matches perfect for any party. Friends gone home? No problem! Forthcoming online play will make you forget all about those quitters that you call friends. Check out B.C.E. on Steam, releasing on August 29th for Windows PCs. Sign up for the closed Beta today.

About Blue Drop Games

Blue Drop Games, LLC is an independent game developer founded by 3 college roommates in 2016. Coming shortly after graduation, B.C.E.’s release marks this studio’s maiden voyage into indie game development and publishing. Blue Drop Games puts the term “indie” to the test by embracing home-brew solutions to production challenges (like guerrilla marketing B.C.E. using an expo booth disguised as cosplay)!
