AVATAR PLANKING INCITES RAGE, DOWNLOADS

Indie developer brings planking to the Xbox 360 amidst controversy

Highbrow Games is proud to announce that Avatar Planking for Xbox 360 Indie Games was released and downloaded over 10,000 times its first full day on the Xbox Live marketplace.?? Avatar Planking takes the sport of planking to ridiculous extremes, letting players’ avatars plank where no human could: inside of tacos, burgers, animals’ mouths, on Mars, and even inside someone’s nose!

Internet reactions ranged from hilarity and fan-created media of their avatars planking, to a social news site bloodbath entitled“F*** everything about this” in which angry members chastised both planking and the product, shared their complaints about its existence to Xbox support, and called for the developer to be shot.?

“I just wanted people to be able to laugh from watching their avatars plank in funny scenarios,” says developer Daniel Haffner.?“I had no idea that simply the existence of such a product would make some people so angry!”

Avatar Planking can be queued for download to your Xbox 360 by visiting the following link
