Today Realore announced that its critically acclaimed title Farm UP is released for PC. It is a classical farming simulator that was previously created for the iOS platform. Farm UP was referred to by Gamezebo as“probably the best farming app”. Now all PC users have a chance to be in charge of a lively picturesque farm.
The game is set in the agricultural state of Cloverfield. The action starts when Jennifer, the main protagonist, makes a decision to buy a farm. Times are difficult, the 1930s brought crisis to Cloverfield, but she is ready to work meticulously hard to achieve success in farming. And she is not alone, Jennifer is helped by her husband and grandparents who appear in the course of the game.
Players' mission is to cleverly manage their skills to build the best agriculture business in the state. Farm UP starts simple - players plant vegetables, fruits and fruit trees as well as take care of cattle and poultry. Step-by-step they also rebuild the mansion and nearby buildings. From NPCs players get quests– small tasks that need to be fulfilled, like helping farmers grow cabbages or making some preserved raspberry juice. Upon completion of several big quests, players gain control of Jennifer's husband and grandparents. As the game progresses, new tasks and opportunities arise. Farm UP always grows in scale with more and more characters, quests, plants, farm animals and global missions. It even allows trade with other states using the interactive map.
Each character has their own duties. Some actions can be completed by anyone, while some require a specific person. When players rebuild the school, they are able to upgrade the characters' skills, so the tasks and quests can be done faster.
Farm UP features a lot of upgrades, beautifully drawn plants, bushes and trees to grow, and all sorts of poultry and cattle to breed. Due to the possibility to customize the farm and a variety of decoration options, players can create their dream farm.
"Farm Up is a great agricultural simulator with a twist. We took the best ideas from everyone's favorite farming titles and added several details that always felt missing. We put a lot of effort into creating a distinct atmosphere of the game."- said Natalia Matveeva, head of business development at Realore.
