G-Star 2012 takes place this year at the BEXCO convention center in Busan, Korea. Headlining G-Star with the“Gaming in a Smartphone World” concept, 50 out of the 60 total booths are dedicated to mobile devices as visitors are able to play and see demonstrations of the games during the 4-day conference
Through G-Star’s events, GAMEVIL is set to announce 30 titles* that comprise of internally developed games as well as third party published titles. The games are spread throughout all genres including social network games, sports, strategy, fighting, adventure, RPG and arcade.
The successful social Facebook title, Train City, will make its way to the mobile platform along with Pimp my Guy, another social network game inspired by the mobile hit, NOM. In addition, by collaborating with KBO (Korean Baseball Organization), the game, Two Outs Bases Loaded, will showcase photorealistic 3D baseball that mimics the faces and behaviors of the real players. The game is anticipated to set the standard for 3D sports games and epitomizes the evolution of gaming technology. Another example of pioneering mobile games is the online multiplayer- Legend of Master Online and Legends of Gaia that features full 3D turn MORPG.
GAMEVIL will also announce the coming release of their giant franchises, Baseball Superstars® 2013 and ZENONIA® 5. The mobile web strategy games: Eternal Kingdom, Romance of the Three Kingdoms and Bloodlust, will make their way onto mobile devices as well. Of the social network genre: Grape Valley, Cat Town, Coco Town, and Ocean Tales are scheduled for release. Asura Cross is another game that resembles retro-fighting styles with a deep storyline that will also be released this year. By adopting a vision of creating social mobile web games of various genres, GAMEVIL looks forward to another successful year.
Through the announcement of their unreleased games at G-STAR 2012, GAMEVIL will continues to embark on their journey as leading mobile games publisher and developer. GAMEVIL continues to pursue forging new relationships with indie developers through their $10M Partner Fund, ongoing collaborations with KOCCA, as well as internally developing high quality mobile games.
