“ Diversification of business by developing mobile games”
- First mobile title Dragon Nest: Labyrinth scheduled to be released in Q1/Q2 of 2013
- Features stunning, console quality graphics and fast-paced action on a mobile platform
(2012/10/16) Eyedentity Games (Tunghai Chien, CEO, www.eyedentitygames.com), the developers of Dragon Nest and Dungeon Striker, announced their move into the mobile gaming market with the introduction of a new title, Dragon Nest: Labyrinth.
Released yesterday, the mobile SNRPG, Dragon Nest: Labyrinth, is the first mobile title for Eyedentity Games. Eyedentity is developing the game based on the Dragon Nest (PC) game architecture, which is already a proven, global commercial success.
Dragon Nest: Labyrinth has adopted the fast-paced action and satisfying battle system of the original PC game. New features like real-time multiplayer, a new leveling system, and a new player community have been added in order to enhance the gaming experience on mobile platforms.
To ensure this new foray into the mobile gaming market is a success, Eyedentity Games created a separate mobile development department earlier in the year, as well as bringing on additional talent. To further establish Eyedentity’s position in the mobile gaming market, Eyedentity is investing aggressively, developing new mobile titles from existing game architectures, like Dragon Nest and Dungeon Striker.
Tunghai Chien, CEO of Eyedentity Games, remarked, "I am very pleased to introduce Dragon Nest, Eyedentity Games’ most successful title, to mobile gaming platforms." He continues, "We will strive to increase our competitiveness in the mobile gaming market, in addition to the PC online game market, by differentiating the gaming experience and utilizing the best technology."
Dragon Nest: Labyrinth will be released in the first half of next year (Q1/Q2).
