LUTZ, FLORIDA - October 9, 2012– Artix Entertainment, the indie game development studio that creates and publishes download-free, browser-based RPGs to over 150 million registered players,  celebrates its 10 year anniversary this Friday, October 12th, at 6 PM EDT. This major milestone will be celebrated across all of AE's biggest games including AdventureQuest Worlds, EpicDuel, DragonFable, MechQuest, AdventureQuest, and HeroSmash. The guests of honor of this event will be the players themselves, who will play pivotal roles in the event.

Although Artix Entertainment is keeping most of the details of the event secret, they promise it will be HUGE and something their players have never seen before. This event will span all six of AE's major games and players will want to log into each game to experience all the event has to offer. 

The AE staff also wants to soothe players who may have read a leaked memo from Chairman Platinum, the leader of Artix Entertainment's arch nemesis, EbilCorp, threatening to take AE's entire network of games offline, permanently. The AE staff will be vigilantly checking all firewalls and will make sure that EbilCorp doesn't succeed, and that the event goes live as planned.

The 10 Year Anniversary Event will be available on October 12th at 6 PM EDT in www.AQ.com, www.EpicDuel.com, www.DragonFable.com, www.MechQuest.com, www.BattleOn.com, and www.HeroSmash.com. The event will span all games, and everyone of every level, in any of the games, will be able to participate in the event.
