Online Games Publisher Infernum Announces the Release of Their In-Game Client for Brick-Force
BERLIN– July 16th, 2012– Infernum, the Berlin-based publisher and developer of online games, today announced the launch of the“B-hub” in collaboration with Overwolf, a software company specializing in adding a rich layer of social functionality to games. Infernum’s B-Hub (powered by Overwolf) includes a wide set of gaming features accessible to users while playing their sandbox-shooter Brick-Force. While Brick-Force players may use Overwolf’s video and screenshot capturing and sharing the most, the client also includes various instant messaging services, in-game access to TeamSpeak, a music player, an in-game browser and more.
Infernum and Overwolf will make the social aspect an integral part of the gaming experience. One example would be that in the future, players who share their experiences across social networks will be credited for that in the game itself.

Brick-Force– Build, Share, Play
This sandbox shooter allows players to create worlds and maps that they’ve always dreamed of, brick by brick. They can also share these virtual playgrounds with the community and use them as the backdrop for fast paced shooter matches against fellow players or computerized opponents. This comic style online game is built on the‘Unity 3D’ engine and will be playable in web browsers. The‘sandbox’ mode, in which players use simple building blocks to construct complex environments, can be played on social networks and mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Brick-Force is being developed by Korean game developer EXE Games as a co-production with Infernum. Brick-Force launched on June 12th in several language versions, more updates will follow this year.
