Los Angeles, Calif. - Jan. 4, 2008 - Com2uS' top two mobile game titles have been listed in the "Best of 2007" category on the AT&T Media Mall site and online on WAP mobile phone browsers for users on the AT&T network. Com2uS' Tower Defense, the classic PC strategy game was named "Best Strategy Game" of the year, and the super stick figure adventure of Super Action Hero was named the "Most Visually Innovative" game of 2007.
Tower Defense is inspired by the megahit Flash phenomenon and is built around the premise of defending your empire against advancing enemies and monsters by building towers to block their paths. Super Action Hero follows the adventures of a clever, simple stick figure drawing whose amazing side-scrolling escapades prove addictive as he leaps and fights his way through the game. He's able to add more skills and powers by locating hidden masks throughout the game giving players more chances to customize and personalize the character they play.
"Capturing two of the top 15 categories in the Best of 2007 from AT&T is further proof of how games like Super Action Hero and Tower Defense can be both creative and innovative and still be widely appealing," said Don Lim, general manager, Com2uS America. "Some of the best is yet to come with a full line-up innovative new titles from Com2uS in 2008."
Both Tower Defense and Super Action Hero are available to mobile phone users on the AT&T network through their on-deck game listing or online at the AT&T Media Mall site.
