Randy gamers who want to indulge their desires without taking their hands off their joysticks could have their prayers answered after the creators of the renownedlsquo;Shag a Gamerrsquo; dating site announced their intention to strike a six-figure deal with Rockstar Games, the company behind the Grand Theft Auto series.
With the fifth edition of the multi-million dollar GTA franchise about to hit the shelves, www.shagagamer.com is hoping to begin talks that will see Rockstar introduce an in-game version of their saucy site so horny GTA characters can get as much action as their human members.
Founder of Shag Gamer Tom Thurlow explained how, for the first time since the launch of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, gamers could help their favourite characters get it on.
He said:ldquo;A deal like this has the potential to be very exciting in more ways than one, and there are a number of cheeky possibilities we are looking at in order to inject some sex into the game.
ldquo;We could see characters using an in-game version of the Shag a Gamer site to read profiles and even hook up with any hornylsquo;membersrsquo; that take their fancy.
ldquo;Wersquo;re also thinking about offering gamers the chance to dress their characters in branded attire and the site could be plugged on the gamersquo;s radio station. Players could even use their in-game money to join the site.
ldquo;Shag a Gamer could be integrated into the plotline of GTA V too. Wersquo;ve been considering how it could be used as part of a blackmail storyline, where the main character poses as a female online, in order to trick a married drug boss into a raunchy liaison.rdquo;
Grand Theft Auto V is due for launch on September 17 th and is reputed to be Rockstarrsquo;s biggest and most ambitious game yet, focusing on three main protagonists; Trevor, Michael and Franklin, whose stories interconnect as they complete missions together.
Each character has his own signature moves that can be activated by the player, and for those who want to utilise the Shag a Gamer function through the gamersquo;s innovative in-game browser, they can perhaps unlock one or two signature moves in the bedroom too.
This wouldn't be the first time a game has capitalised on product placement either. Counter Strike stuck movie posters on random walls throughout their maps, Fight Night 3 had The Burger King as an unlockable trainer and perhaps the funniest being Japan's version of Metal Gear Solid where you could eat Doritos, drink Mountain Dew and wear Aex deoderant.
