Neil Roseman has resigned from his position as vice president of engineering at Zynga, some fifteen months since taking on the role.
It is said the former executive was influential in developing Zynga’s new games platform, Zynga.com, according to an All Things Digital report.
Roseman (pictured, right), who lives in Seatlle, said he was spending about as many as four days a week working in Zynga’s San Francisco headquarters and wanted to “spend more time with his family”.
Zynga declined to comment on the departure.
Jim Veevaert has been appointed as Roseman’s replacement at Zynga’s Seattle office.
