Unity has opened a new office in Russia’s capital Moscow.
The new branch will help support the growing number of Unity developers in the region.
Business development director Roman Menyakin and marketing director Natalya Sviridova will head up the new office.
“Over the last few years we've seen a dramatic increase in the number of developers and publishers using Unity in Russia to make amazing games and content and we're now supporting these efforts locally by launching Unity's first office in Moscow”, said Unity EMEA VP Antony Douglas.
“At Unity we're huge fans of the Russian gaming industry. The quality and imagination of what's been created using our tools is truly inspiring and it's vital that we put a team on the ground to ensure our customers and community in Russia can continue to push the boundaries of cross-platform game development”.
As well as Russia, Unity also has numerous offices across the globe in countries such as Canada, China, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Ukraine and South Korea.
