Pocket Gamer Connects returns to London this month

The team behind Pocket Gamer is once again running its flagship event in London, and it’s less than two weeks away.

Pocket Gamer Connects London will run from Monday, January 18th to Tuesday, January 19th, this time moving to The Brewery on Chiswell Street.

It is expected to attract over 1,000 delegates and speakers from the realms of mobile development, publishing and related services. More thank 420 companies have already been registered, including big names such as Google, Twitter, Unity, Unreal, Amazon, King, Kabam, BBC, Channel 4 and more.

The conference itself will be split into seven tracks, covering such topical areas as global strategy, monetisation, funding and ‘indie survival’. More than 100 speakers will be hosting sessions throughout the two days.

Other events include the Very Big Indie Pitch, where new and smaller studios are given the chance to get feedback on their current or future project, and the I Love Indie Showcase, showing off some of the more promising titles in development.

You can register by heading to www.pgconnects.com/london.

Develop has one developer ticket to Pocket Gamer Connects up for grabs, worth £225. Email jbatchelor@nbmedia.com with the subject line "London’s Calling" before 12pm UK time on Friday, January 8th to be in with a chance of winning.
