Develop's region spotlight is heading to Scotland. Should it stop on your games company?

Scotland in focus – Get involved

Do you work at or run a games company in Scotland? If so, get in touch, because in our next issue we’re devoting a special region focus to the UK’s most northerly nation.

The piece, due to appear in our December/January print issue, will look at trends, strengths, challenges and the future of the Scottish development industry, and we’re keen to involve developers, tech outfits, service providers and others looking to comment on their homeland’s role on the global development stage.

The piece, brought to you in association with Abertay University, will shed a light on Scotland’s most important studios, its bustling indie scene, its reputation for world beating games education, and many other elements that make the country’s games makes among the most respected there are.

With the recent – and infamously contentious – Creative Scotland report thrusting the nation’s development hub into the limelight once more, there’s never been a better time to take an accurate look at the country’s games industry.

And it’s easy to get involved in this region spotlight – email will.freeman@intentmedia.co.uk if you’re interested in editorial involvement.

And, of course, Alex.Boucher@intentmedia.co.uk is on hand if you’ve questions about other ways to promote your studio, service provider, tech outfit or organisation in our magazine or online.
