A last-minute signing has boosted Autodesk's 3December event, which takes place next week, with studio Rare set to talk about the production of its latest game, Viva Piñata.

3December is Autodesk's global event celebrating advances in graphics and animation talents. The London part of the event takes place at London's HAC at 5pm on Monday December 4th.

From Rare, Viva Piñata senior artist Neill Harrison will be on hand to talk about the production of the game and how it used Autodesk's Maya for animation.

A host of other animation gurus are set to talk at the evening event. For more information see our previous story, here.
