Bizarre Creations, the Liverpool studio that Activsion closed down in March, has received a posthumous nomination from the Ivor Novello awards committee.
The group’s final game, James Bond 007: Blood Stone, is one of three finalists for the Best Original Video Game Score award.
The annual Ivor Novello Awards celebrates excellence in British and Irish songwriting and composing. The 56th edition of the event takes place Thursday 19th May 2011 at Grosvenor House.
Also nominated is Ninja Theory’s critically acclaimed Enslaved, and The Creative Assembly’s Napoleon: Total War.
