Studio to use character animation tool in upcoming titles

Pandemic licences Havok Behavior

Havok’s Behavior 5 tool has been licenced by Pandemic Studios for use in the firm’s upcoming console games.

A key element in Havok 5, the middleware firm’s module suite of run-time and artists’ tools for physics and character animation, the Behavior SDK and composition tool is designed to allow both technical and non-technical developer create sophisticated character behavior.

Pandemic has licenced the tool as part of the Havok Spectrum bundle which provides out-of-the-box integration between the Physics, Animation and Behavior components.
