Ben Cousins, the former EA exec who last year was hired by Ngmoco Sweden as general manager, is to open the inagural F2P Summit in March.
The London event will have Cousins (pictured) explore the evolution and future of the free-to-play business model.
He will draw upon his experience to look back at how freemium was perceived in 2005, while also discussing the companies that drive the business model today, as well as predict how the game economy will be shaped in 2020.
Events group Tandem has scheduled the one-day event to run on March 28th. Delegates can purchase passes at an early bird price of £195 if they book before 14th March.
NaturalMotion Games, Jagex and GamesAnalytics will have representatives host other speaker sessions at the event.
