King head of studio Catharina Lavers Mallet and Norwich University BA games art and design course director Marie-Claire Isaaman have been inducted into the European Women in Games Hall of Fame.
The honour recognises the contribution of women in the region’s game industry.
Mallet has previously worked at EA Playfish, but joined King in May 2012 to head up its London studio. Isaaman meanwhile was acknowledged for her work in education and teaching the next generation of games development talent.
Last year’s winners were scriptwriter and narrative designer Rhianna Pratchett and Media Molecule studio director Siobhan Reddy.
"I‘m delighted to receive this award," said Isaaman.
"It’s wonderful to get recognition for the work we do at Norwich University of the Arts in nurturing and supporting talent into the games industry and I see this not only as an award for myself but for both my course team and my students."
