Initiative previously known as Selected Projects expands to ten categories
You're running out of time if you want to nominate your game for the Game Connection Awards, organised by the team behind networking and conference event Game Connection.
The initiative was previously known as Selected Projects, but has been revamped and expanded with new categories.
The categories are: Best Console/PC Hardcore, Best Mobile/Tablet, Best Desktop/Downloadable, Best Casual Game, Best Social Game, Best Hardcore, Excellence in Art, Excellence in Story & Storytelling, Most Promising IP, and Most Creative & Original Project.
The competition is open to developers from all over the world with an original and creative projects who are looking for publishing or distribution partners. The project can be for any platform and in any genre.

The submissions will be sent to the judges on Monday, September 1st, so Game Connection is accepting any nominations that are sent in before Sunday night.
Nominees will be announced late next month, and will be invited to attend Game Connection in Paris at the end of October, where the winners will be announced.
Game Connection's awards are supported by Microsoft Studios.
