This becomes the third location for Hutch who are based in London and Brighton
Mobile game developer Hutch Games has expanded their operation internationally with a new studio in Nova Scotia, Canada.
The developer behind Hot Wheels: Race Off and Race Kings has offices in London and Brighton. The move globally is to help increase development time across different time zones and also to exploit the vast amounts of game and tech talent available in the region. The studio's games now boast a combined 130 million players.
The new studio will start with a focus on software engineering but will eventually move towards more advancements, helping Hutch to start cross-platform game development and improving their own propriety technology. The studio also recently had an injection of cash following an investment round.

"We’ve moved up a gear and the expansion will support the various projects currently in the works, allowing us to accelerate our development process and tap into a wealth of local talent. This expansion of capabilities will see us bring a number of new titles to market, keeping our racing loving fans fueled with new and exciting games.”
