Intel Developer Blog: How App Game Kit, Marmalade and Project Anarchy are being used to develop Android games

Calling all game developers – do you want to learn more about creating powerful and graphically-rich games for the Android platform? We thought you might...

On May 7th at 6pm UK time, you can join a free webinar on Game Engines for Android, hosted by Intel. The deep-dive session sets out to explore three game engines and how they are being used to create some great games on the Android platform. The session features input from three software gurus:

• Lee Bamber, CEO of App Game Kit and The Game Creators

• Nick Smith, senior engineer at Marmalade, makers of the Marmalade SDK

• Joel van Eenwyk, field application engineer at Havok’s Project Anarchy

The e-seminar will be moderated by Intel’s Gayathri Murali, who will reveal the features, pros, cons and tools associated with each engine. By the end of the webinar, you will be able to establish how each game engine might find a place in your development plans.

You can register for the seminar online – and if you want more information about developing top-notch games or any other apps for Android on x86, there’s plenty available on the Intel Developer Zone. See you there!
