Eight finalists to gain exposure and opportunity to meet with publishers at Asia networking event

Game Connection Asia has opened submissions for its Selected Projects program to developers.

The industry networking event has invited studios from around the world to submit console, mobile and online games in any stage of the development cycle to be nominated.

The eight finalists for the Selected Projects program will receive additional exposure for their projects at Game Connection, an opportunity to meet with publishers, free entrance to the event and a chance to be named ‘Best Project of 2012’.

“Game Connection is bringing the Selected Projects program to Asia for the first time this year, and after the program’s recent success at Game Connection America and Game Connection Europe, we are anticipating a great turnout," said Game Connection CEO Pierre Carde.

“Selected Projects is another way in which Game Connection continues to push the industry forward by identifying and promoting the most innovative projects from small developers worldwide”.

The event, which see’s Game Connection return to Asia for the first time in five years, will take place between June 28th and 29th at the Pudong Expo in Shanghai, China.
