Special events taking place March 23rd & 4th detailed

The ball is already rolling for GDC09: organisers of the event have announced sessions for the summits which take place before the main conference.

As we explained recently, the three day conference and expo is this year proceeded by a mix of summits, new and old, that explore key games issues such as AI, localisation, and outsourcing and ares like casual games, indie games and mobile games.

The conference runs from March 23rd to 27th, with the summits taking place on the first two days.

Organiser Think has highlighted a number of session highlights from the first set of confirmed events. These include:

AI Summit
When Good AI Goes Bad: Tools, Techniques, and Strategies for Testing and Debugging AI
